Golf Balls In The Bunker – The Next Step

So, one of the fundamental things that any golfer must know by heart is what to do when the ball touches the bunker.

The number one tip, of course is this: prevent the sand. Golf balls don't have any business being in bunkers, in any case.

But unfortunately, such is quite impossible. Even the finest skilled golfers of today face danger everytime. It's a component of the game. At times, your swing will be slight sour. At times, your estimate may be wrong. And sometimes, the wind may go against you. Golf balls hitting the bunker at some period will be pretty inevitable.

These are some suggestions on how to approach golf balls that have been trapped on the sand:

- Select your weapon correctly. Wedges are the way to go. This is the reason why they're in your possession. Select a lob wedge if the depression of the sand is quite deep. Select your regular sand wedge if you simply wish to escape the bunker.

- Keep your knees bent. This is a dangerous step. The sand will embrace the golf ball. By maintaining your knees bent, your swing will have an rising slope that will evade the sand and hit the ball towards the sky. This is what you wish to do to get out of the bunker. If your knees aren't bent, your swing will be flat and you may not be able to touch any golf balls back to the green.

- Don't forget your follow through. Just considering about it will make you get ready for smooth, graceful turn with enough force to position the golf ball to safety. Your follow through is essential in establishing your pulse and invoking your tempo.

Bunkers are a portion of golfing life. You need to play the activity with the idea that someday, by some means, you will need to face the sand and conquer it to make it in the very engaging sport of golf.
