If you are delivering your eBooks manually to your customers via email, then it's time to stop. Believe it or not but you can now fully automate this huge part of your eBook business. Besides being a boring repetitive task, manually emailing your eBooks means that your customers have to wait for your email to arrive.

When buying a digital product, customers expect it right away since there is no physical delivery to take place. It can be highly annoying for a customer if they bought the book say, Monday 11pm, but don't have the book until 4pm Tuesday afternoon.

The truth is, your customers love instant gratification. They would rather get their product right away, than waiting hours for you to get around to emailing it to them.

Not only does having a program to automatically send your eBooks save you the hassle of doing so, but also acts as an incentive when potential buyers view your auctions. Offering instant download on your eBooks will immediately give you the edge over your competitors that do not offer this service.

Why Automate eBook Delivery?

1. The Biggest Time Saver
Manually sending eBooks takes more time you may think. Imagine if you are selling over 100 eBooks each week and it takes a few minutes or more to create each email and add the attachment. Time soon adds up. Automating the delivery of your eBooks gives you more to do what you want.

2. No Need For Attachments
Attachments can cause all sorts of problems for both buyers and sellers. Here are a few reasons why I choose to avoid sending my eBooks as attachments.

• Attachments looks unprofessional
• Customers may be worried that the attachment could contain a virus
• Large attachments could be blocked due to their size
• Mail programs such as Outlook Express sometimes prevent attachments from being accessed

3. Instant Delivery
By automating the delivery of your eBooks you are able to instantly send the customer their product, no matter what time it is. As the auto delivery script is hosted online, it means that your computer doesn’t even need to be switched on for your customer to receive their eBook. Advertising that you offer “Instant Delivery” on your auction listing is a great incentive for potential customers to buy from you.

Create more free time in your business -
Suppose you decide to manually email each order to your customers. After awhile, you begin to sell an average of 20 eBooks per day. If it takes you around 5 minutes to copy and paste a pre-written thank you email and attach the eBook, then you will spend an hour daily just sending out eBooks by email!

That is assuming it only takes you 5 minutes to compose the email, and attach the eBook to your outgoing message. If you are using a slow dial-up account and trying to attach a large file of several megabytes, it might take you 10 minutes or more to send out a single email. Using an automated system to deliver your eBook orders will give you more time to get on with other things.

The software that I and most other top eBooks seller's use to let their business run on autopilot is called My Digital Dispatch. By using this software you can literally sit back and let your auctions go on autopilot. Your eBooks will even be sent out when you are asleep, or when your computer is turned off.

So, if you want to save yourself time and really improve your eBook business then be sure to consider this option.
