Six pack abs are one of the most sought after things nowadays. Now this has completely turned into hype, people are spending hours and hours after diets and exercises to get that six pack.
Well here are a few exercises which will help you get those six pack abs you´ve always wanted.
The most important and popular exercise is the "bicycle maneuver". In order to do this, you need to lie on the floor, with your lower back pressed on the ground.
Take your hands behind your ears and start doing a bicycle motion. Along with this keep breathing in, in a relaxed way.
Then come the sit ups. This is a fairly easy exercise. You have to lie on the floor with your feet against the floor and knees up, you should also keep your fingers behind your ears.
Sit up all the way, by lifting your lower back as much as you can and then lie down again. Always remember that you should not do sit ups after a meal because you will fall sick.
The next exercise to help you get six pack abs is the leg lift exercise. Lie on the ground with your hands on your sides.
Try to lift your legs straight without bending your knees to 90 degree. Repeat the exercise; this will help you strengthen your abs muscles.
You can also exercise using a large exercise ball. Lie down on the ball with your back on the ball and feet on the floor, your hands should be placed on either side of your head. Crunch your body forward.
This exercise should be done for around three to four times a week, with a few days rest in between. These exercises are the ones which will help you get six pack abs.
